Review Time
Bought a bagback for my nephew's birthday on 03/12/2025 it was delivered to my neighbour however my neighbour works night, I work during the day. I phoned the company, it was then I was told it was delivered to my neighbour, It took another day to let me know which neighbour. (I live in a block of flat)Delivery was by Evri (that's another story). I decided to purchase an alternative on his birthday when I still haven't got hold of the item. ( not their fault) I then requested a refund since I didn't need the item any longer. They initially said I should keep it for myself, I declined, they then said they would take £10 off, I declined this too. It took another 2 days for them to approve the return and another 2 days to send a label. I even offered to pay for the refund. The tracking for the refund showed it's been received, & yet they refused to refund my credit card. I decided after a month to do a charge back. My credit card company is still waiting for their response. This company is nothing but a scam.
I wish I could give zero stars. The product was shipped directly from a low-cost source, and we paid significantly more than necessary. We chose to buy from this seller thinking we were getting a legitimate item. Instead, it came directly from the manufacturer in China, and I’m really frustrated that I spent so much when I could have gotten it for a fraction of the price. It feels like a scam. I have photos of what I expected versus what I received, but I can't upload them here. I'm open to sharing those images directly with anyone interested.
I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product was shipped directly from a platform, and we ended up paying $57 instead of the $5 that the identical item costs elsewhere. We chose to buy from this seller thinking we were getting a genuine product. Instead, it came straight from the manufacturer in China, and I'm furious we paid so much when I could have gotten it for a fraction of the price. I feel scammed. I have images of what I expected to receive versus what I got, but unfortunately, the review site doesn't allow photo uploads. I'm open to sharing these images directly with anyone interested.
