I placed an order and money was deducted from my account as proof they accepted it, but they claimed they couldn't find the order or payment despite my evidence. No response until I reached out, but then they contacted me and resolved the issue quickly. I appreciate the excellent service and have updated my review.
Best work boots for me.Have stuck with this brand for many years now.As I crouch a lot for outdoor work I've found these are the least likely to split and the most comfortable fit.Workwear Gurus delivered on time to pickup point and lots of communication on order and delivery status.Would definitely recommend.
Although the order took ages to arrive, it was worth the wait, and it was a bargain. I compared the price to other sellers, and it was certainly the most competitive. I was kept in the loop by the seller regarding the journey of the product and a courtesy email regarding the reason for the delay. I will definitely buy another product soon.
Oct 31st, Ord 58630, boots arrived after a lengthy, waaay longer than you'd expect delivery, so so slow. Boots turned out to be too small, and trust me, i know what size my own feet are, so that means the quality control of the suppliers are way off, and I returned them immediately for exchange.... its now 10th Dec and no boots have been sent to me in exchange, poor show, poor company, poor service. Without them I cannot work, so am forced to go elsewhere.UPDATE- Prompted by the review, WorkWear Gurus obviously monitor, they have reached out with a sincere apology and a full refund as I have now been without work boots and forced to source elsewhere. My review still stands as to slow delivery, but they gain in the fact they reached out and rectified, thank you guys.A reply to their reply- Absolutely 100% agree the slow delivery is down to royal mail, but as a business you should be tracking their failures and when it hits a percentage of failures, perhaps look at alternative vendor/courier. it seems that some of your feedback when it comes to products, that is negative seems to be all about sizing issues, this is something I can wholeheartedly confirm, so maybe a bit more diligence is needed on your QC towards suppliers that they are supplying what they say.Im jot saying I wouldn't return to Workwear Gurus in the future, just that you dropped the ball on this occasion
I ordered work boots hi Viz trousers and a high Viz T shirt from work wear gurus. My items arrived well packaged and we're delivered very quick. Communication from them is excellent. I even received an email thanking me for my purchases and a review I left for the excellent work boots. A solid piece of work/everyday wear for a really good competitive price. I have seen the same item for sometimes twice the price on other sites. Communication was excellent, and delivery time from mainland Europe to UK was good. I will be going back to this site as the company offer great value & are great to deal with.
