I purchased leather shoes and soon began to feel like my heels were sinking and my feet were shifting inwards. I discovered a small crack in the sole, so I took them to a cobbler who found gaping holes after removing the insoles. The repair costs are going to be significant, and the cobbler mentioned that this shouldn't have occurred, indicating the shoes are of very poor quality. Although I bought them some time ago, I haven't worn them often, and now it's too late for a warranty claim... I cannot recommend their shoes due to the inadequate quality.

As a long-time customer, I decided to treat myself with a pair of boots costing £180. The shipping was somewhat slow, and I was disappointed with the poor finish; the heel felt cheap and showed scuffs quickly. I contacted customer service for a resolution, but initially received a generic response denying a refund because I had worn them. My concern was the item's quality, not my usage. Thankfully, customer service has since resolved the issue. Thank you.
The quality of the product was good, but the shoes didn’t fit me well. I'm shocked to be charged £3.95 for returns after already paying £3.95 for delivery. A total of £7.90 seems excessive when other retailers offer free delivery but deduct a small fee from refunds. I won't shop online with this company again.
I've been a customer for several years and never had an issue until now. I ordered shoes almost a month ago and still haven't received them. Communication has been lacking, and the event I ordered for has long passed without any reasonable explanation.
The experience began with the email newsletter and ended with delivery. It's impressive to see how well the company manages its B2C channel. I found a great pair of shoes, with an extensive collection of images and fitting information. The Black Friday sales were excellent, and none of the discounted shoes felt out of season.
