I recently had to return my satellite receiver to world of satellite to be checked over by there technician after i had discovered a possible fault i could not fix myself .
After having the unit checked over by them the receiver was returned to me me fully functional as the problem lay elsewhere with my cabling .
Stef and his team where fast and efficient in diagnosing my problem and i was kept fully informed all the way through the process. I have used World of satellite for many years now and that is precisely why because of the first class service they offer .It is hard to find a service that you can trust today i consider especially with electronics for myself i would use no other .Excellent service as usual .Thank You.
Recently purchased a replacement TivuSat box and card for my 87 year old Italian dad. The product was delivered promptly and my dad was able to plug in the box and get it working with no intervention from myself. Well done to WoS for providing an actual plug & play device that worked.
