They have refused to process my payment, offering absurd excuses, such as bankruptcy claims and a change in ownership, which they say leaves no funds for payments. Firstly, the company has neglected its duty to safeguard the rights of both current and former customers. Secondly, they instruct customers to reach out to the previous entity for payment. Lastly, they seem indifferent to the dissatisfaction of customers who are unhappy with this new approach, citing their existing customer base as a reason for their lack of concern. These actions are deeply irresponsible and reflect a significant loss of credibility. I never anticipated that a company of this scale, based in the United States, would act in such an unprofessional manner.
