A good company and great pepole to deal with Extensive knowledge of the locations and the ability to change an itinerary to suit changing circumstances. Or first experience of dealing with a specialist travel company and what a different it has made to our usual India travel planning.We'll be back!. They did everything right for our holiday package.I would use them aging any time and recommend them to everybody without reservation.
I called 3 weeks ago and i spoke to Nick i booked a holiday for 3 people to Tanzania , i paid a depost of £200 and i was meant to pay for the rest of money after 3 days. For unseen circumstances my father in law had a heart attack, i called Nick to explain that i won't be able to finish the rest of rhe money for now because of the incident. My father in law passed away after 2 day, i called Nick if he could refund the money because now we have a funeral we need all the money. Unfortunately he refuse, please we are all human sometimes you plan something and it doesn't happen the way you planned. Am just pleading with you to refund my money could be small amount of money to others but for me and for what we are going throu i would appreciate if i get it back. Thanks
