Communication was excellent from the representative. However, we would have appreciated earlier information regarding booking extra legroom seats. We were also let down by grandstand T16; the seats were uncomfortable and cramped, and the TV screen was too small. We mainly ended up at Lusail Hill. This isn't a criticism, just an observation. We had a wonderful time overall and are eager for another F1 experience. Just a note, the circuit could improve catering as the food queues were terrible, as were the ladies' restrooms. Considering you can't take food or drinks inside.
Once again, I had an incredible experience with the service at the Las Vegas GP. The hosts went above and beyond our expectations. If you haven't booked with them yet, do it now; the service from the initial inquiry to the booking and throughout the stay was exceptional, with a personal touch that is very reassuring. I'm already looking to book for 2026. Well done!
I booked a package for the pitstop. Initially, the service was good with quick responses, but they were quite pushy to secure the booking. I proceeded since it was what I wanted and the deposit was low. However, things took a turn for the worse. I was promised details about my hotel before the next payment, but as the payment date approached, I had to chase for updates, often requiring multiple emails and escalations. Eventually, I was told they could no longer honor the original quote and offered a new quote from a different airport that was £800 more expensive. A quick online search revealed I could find flights for less than that extra cost. I took the refund, which was processed quickly, but I regret not booking it myself. It seems they weren't making enough from the original quote. For clarity, my original flight was from one city, and they quoted me from another at an extra £800. Their math simply didn't add up. I checked their website later, and the quote had increased significantly. I would advise caution.
An unforgettable experience! I highly recommend the VIP podium package for all three days of F1 in Singapore. The venue was fantastic, providing access across three floors with terrace views of the racetrack and concert stage. The accommodation was five-star and just a ten-minute walk to the circuit. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to everyone. The open bar was excellent, and the service from the local staff was delightful, serving Champagne and other drinks. Thanks to the service for being great hosts. Joining other clients for a famous cocktail was a highlight. Meeting so many wonderful people experiencing it for the first time made it even better. McLaren winning the Constructors Championship was the cherry on top, and with the F1 happening in the afternoon, we had time to explore Singapore easily by metro. Some guests even continued on to Bali afterward.
This was our second trip with the service, and it was fantastic from booking to ticket delivery and all arrangements made for us. The entire team deserves recognition for their hard work behind the scenes. Our hotel was in a great location, just a fifteen-minute walk to the track, and we were close to many attractions. Our race seats were very close to the action, which was incredible. The location for post-race activities was also perfectly situated. Thank you so much for organizing this trip; we will definitely be booking again.
