I know you are looking at me because I probably didn't win no this is the second time that this game has done this to me where I withdraw money and they get rid of my account be careful Don't spend no money on there because they will take it and it will make you look like it's your fault and take your account because you withdraw your own money!!!!!!
Been playing for a couple of years. I don't ever cash out on this app. I love playing the dang boogle, world slots, pyramid solitare, 21, ect enough that when I do deposit or win - I just play it out eventually. lol
I've been playing on this game for 8 or 9 months now and 90% of the time about it is blatantly obvious that the games are predetermined. I have played at least six of the Galaxy games recently in which not one dice rolled a 6. And within that same period of time I have rolled perfect games hitting all their bonus marks scoring 9,000 points and some of the opponent scores 14,000 points. I don't think the score is even possible. I've had several bingo games. And if it's the same card how does one person get five or six bingos and I don't get any? Today after playing another set up Yahtzee game, without touching the screen suddenly I was starting another Yahtzee game one of the multiplayer ones. But I did not choose any game! And again throughout the entirety of the game a total of three sixes were rolled. In the black jack game supposed to be easy cuz they show you what the next card somehow the dealer about 85% of the time wins no matter what the cards are. The only time the dealer has blackjack is when you don't buy insurance every single time you don't buy insurance. When you buy insurance doesn't have blackjack. No correspondence from customer service the entire time. They're just thieves blatant rigged games they should be shut down!
I have mixed feelings about this service. It's strange to me that they provide a withdrawal option. They offer numerous bonuses, yet you can't withdraw your bonus funds even after meeting the requirements, and it only deducts from your deposit. Additionally, it seems like just when you win a significant amount, someone always manages to surpass your score. It doesn't feel entirely legitimate to me.
After a year away from this platform, I logged in today and spent 5 hours trying to join a game. To my surprise, I noticed that within just 60 seconds, I was charged twice for a total of 2 hours and 50 cents, despite not playing anything or giving any authorization. It has been a total nightmare trying to get a refund.
