paying 11€ per month to get 3-6 ads of 20 seconds per ad jammed down your throat every 12-15 minutes doing a movie, thats gonna be a long ass fkn movie when its over 2h long. DON'T subscribe here. its waste of money. Primevideo is the better choice, not only is it half price, its completely adfree, except for sometimes you get 1 ad at the start of a movie, rarely that is.

I'm paying for HBO Max but I am being bombarded with commercials while trying to watch a movie that I'm paying a monthly fee for. Same as Amazon Prime. These media corporations that it's Okay to rake in the cash from their clients and at the same time rake in the cash from vendors commercials. I am fed up with having to watch commercial after commercial while the likes of cable companies and TV, Paramount, keep getting richer off the backs of the consumer.

Ads run everytime you go back or forward while watching a show! If you try to go back three times in a row it will run ads three times in a row. I'm talking within two five minutes time. One of the worst streaming services I have out of six!

Decent content, but customer support is lacking.

The streaming service offers decent content, but the customer support is quite disappointing. I have reached out several times regarding various issues, and they seem unable to comprehend the problems, let alone offer a satisfactory solution. It feels like the support might be outsourced, as the responses often come across as generic and lacking understanding.

Disappointing ad experience

I purchased the plan with ads, expecting just 1 or 2 ads like another service, but I ended up seeing 20 ads during one hour of episodes. It’s impossible to enjoy the whole season this way. I will not be subscribing again.

Disappointing Customer Support Experience

I contacted the support team to change the display language, but they kept guiding me without resolving the issue. I requested to speak with a manager, but that was denied. Ultimately, the agent ended the chat without solving anything. When I asked for a refund, they disconnected me. This has been the worst customer support experience I've had; I would recommend using a different service.

Disappointing customer support experience

I contacted the support team to change the display language, but they provided no solution and wouldn't escalate my issue to a manager. Instead, the agent abruptly ended the chat. When I requested a refund, the chat was closed without resolution. This has been the worst customer support I've encountered.

The service frequently shuts down and requires constant rebooting. There are also too many advertisements.

Unacceptable quality

The quality is unacceptable. I'm canceling my service until this issue is resolved, and I may not return because the subscription costs are hardly worth it. This is frustrating, and I can't understand how anyone can tolerate it.

Very disappointing. I see more ads than actual shows. It's hard to keep track of what episode or timestamp I'm on.
