Extremely frustrating customer service; they took all my money and claimed it requires human interaction to resolve issues. My account is now disabled, and I will take my business elsewhere. Goodbye to these dishonest scammers!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I deposited a total of 4070 using my partner's card, then attempted to withdraw my winnings of 4000, but my request was denied. They closed my account, effectively robbing me. It's infuriating that they allowed me to make over 100 deposits with a card I wasn't supposed to use, without informing me, only to keep my winnings and shut down my account. Absolutely appalling behavior.
I set a monthly deposit limit on the platform and managed to win a few times, withdrawing my winnings. However, when I returned today, I had a spending limit of 120 and deposited 70. The system indicated I had 50 left, but then I was informed that I could not deposit anymore as I had reached my net deposit limit of 500, which I was unaware of. Now, I cannot deposit until January. This feels unfair, as one would expect the deposit limit to reset after winning and withdrawing. It seems the site discourages winning. I also noticed that this platform and another one are essentially the same.
I will never return to this site again. I questioned their payout percentage and saw online that it was lower than expected. When I asked about it, they deleted my account, which I find very disrespectful considering how much money I spent there without receiving much back. This company wants you to keep spending without addressing complaints; if you do, they just delete your account.
I joined through a referral link and deposited £50, but didn't win anything. I placed a 50p bet and wasn't even lucky enough to win 10p. My friend didn't receive the £20 referral bonus either. The online support is completely useless; the whole site seems to be a scam targeting people's money with false promises and misleading ads.
This site has turned into a complete joke! They let you win a small amount (say £30) and then you just keep losing. You switch games, but still can't win. Try playing poker? Your cards are worthless, or if you have a good hand, your 'opponent' has something absurd like a royal.
