I just received a rug from this company…

I just received a rug from this company yesterday, 10/23 and it's very low quality. I've sent multiple emails and even called the 201.440.6640 phone number and was transferred to a voicemail. I want to return and get all of my money back. Expenses rug for the quality of item.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased the 5x7 Marabella Rug in June…

Purchased the 5x7 Marabella Rug in June 2024 to use on our outdoor patio. We loved the color scheme and were looking forward to entertaining. After 4 months in the Summer NC Weather it started to fade and a lot of fibers started to shed. Now, After 18 months it is 80% faded and mildewed and the edges have completely raveled and are separating from the rug. The thing looks like C#$P despite rinsing it with hose and soapy water. Pay NO ATTENTION to the durability claim. That's BS. Don't waste you money with WRG Home.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I have attempted to contact customer support 3x - no response After 3 months this is their rugRipped, disintegrated while re- positioning Their warranty is bogus

Very low quality for such an expensive rug

Very low quality rug, was stiff, very thin, could see through base layer, still curled edges a week later, strong chemical smell and left your hands and feet feeling sticky after touching. So disappointing for such a high cost rug.
