It would be beneficial if the support team actually replied to emails regarding purchased items instead of ignoring inquiries. I haven't had the chance to try the product I bought, as it arrived when the weather was too cold. A key piece of advice: steer clear of pre-orders that lack an expected shipping or closing date. Honestly, the service has been disappointing, making me hesitant to use the company again. My initial order date was 28/06/2025.
Forget about customer service. They don't answer any emails. Even though you get 3 or 4 spam emails from them every day. And there doesn't seem to be any way to get your money back. I've bought the tiny repeller before, which to be fair, I did receive. Even though it doesn't repel the Scottish midge. It is still a nice tent light. So ok, maybe worth it. Even if postage took a while. I have recently bought the head torch. Which after 10 days still hasn't even been dispatched, and no one will answer my emails. All these YouTubers being paid to promote this company, lure you into a false sense of security. I will not purchase another flextail item ever again.
Ordered a mini pump, I tracked it all the way the the delivery hub ( Yodel), only for them to lose the item. No problem I thought. Contacted FLEXTAIL, who said the courier had sent it back to them and when they received it, they would send it back to me. Item ordered 16days ago, still no pump or refund.
I never received my order even though the tracking showed “delivered.” I contacted the company multiple times, but the process was slow and frustrating. At first, they asked me to pay extra shipping for a replacement, and later offered to resend the package instead of simply refunding me — even though I had already waited weeks.There was no clear proof of delivery, and communication felt dismissive and unhelpful. I eventually decided to buy the same product from Amazon instead, which arrived the next day without any issues. As of right now, I still have not my money back. I would not recommend ordering directly from this company unless they significantly improve their customer service and handling of lost deliveries.
