Having read the previews, I had high hopes this would be a smooth ride, and for once, the reviews weren’t lying! Brian Wilson (sadly not the Beach Boys one, though I did hum “Good Vibrations” throughout) has held my hand every step of the way, without once breaking into song. His colleague Zach also chimed in with some great advice and didn’t even charge extra for it! I’ve got a few more book ideas bubbling away, so I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to unleash the next masterpiece. Many thanks!

My overall experience with Writercosmos was positive. While there were a few initial challenges, such as missed meetings and limited follow-up in, these issues were quickly resolved once the manager, Janet, became involved. Janet was exemplary in her communication—she kept me well-informed, responded promptly to emails, and consistently maintained a professional approach.The illustrations were an area that required some refinement. The initial drafts did not fully meet expectations and appeared somewhat below standard; however, once I provided clearer examples and shared my vision, the illustrator was able to adapt effectively and ultimately delivered work that aligned much more closely with my goals.The project was later managed by Brian, who also provided excellent customer service. He was efficient, responsive, and ensured that any questions I had were addressed in a timely manner. When a query fell outside of his expertise, he proactively connected me with the right person to provide the necessary support. Both Janet and Brian handled my feedback with professionalism and were receptive to adjustments regarding both content and illustrations.Although the launch of the book is delayed, the team has remained committed and been working collaboratively. Overall, Writercosmos has a dedicated and professional team. With their responsiveness, adaptability, and commitment to client feedback, they have proven to be a valuable partner, and I would recommend them as a company to work with.
