The packaging and shipping processes were very successful. Delivery was fast, but even though the product I purchased was defective, they didn't want to cover it under warranty because I installed it myself. However, the manufacturer of the product, despite knowing about the installation issue, had already included it under warranty and initiated the necessary procedures.In response to the WRS statement 10.10.2025 : I've tried to explain it before, but you're still responding the same way. The shock absorber is only held in place by two bolts, so a faulty installation is unlikely to cause an oil leak. Another point: you claim the manufacturer doesn't cover it under warranty, but I spoke with them, and they provided spare parts and repair support under warranty. It's currently being sent to a repair shop for repair.
WRS initially sent a different product, not the one I ordered. I reported the problem, which was corrected immediately. The exchange was handled entirely by WRS, free of charge and quickly. They deserve nothing but thanks for that. Great Company, exemplary.
