Had my R Rover ones now 4 months beautiful but because it's automatic and small hole has formed where ur heel is when driving . I feel this part should be double reinforced for better wear only complaint Mike ferguson
These people are attrocious. The mats do not fit at all, they boot box colour didnt match the boot mat and the leather was doubtful. I asked for a refund and to return the goods. They refused to give the necessary details and so I had to make a chargeback with VISA. Now they have set German lawyers on to me and I llok forward to meeting them in court. AVOID THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE!!!
Absolute conmen, the mats sent out do not fit when I asked to return them as the seat covers had no holes for the head rests & also didn’t fit I was told that I should have read the terms & conditions before I purchased & as they had said these mats are a generic fit I couldn’t return them
Poor customer feedback. Only one mobile number that can be called which is never answered. Product is manufactured in Italy and then imported back to the UK. This was not made clear as part of the online sales process. Most likely there will be import duty to pay on top of the original price. Tracking links don't work and dispite asking for a working link none was provided. Not the best experience. I can't recommend. I'm still waiting for my order three weeks on.
Caution: This appears to be a scam. If I could rate this lower, I absolutely would. Please refrain from engaging with this company; it is entirely fraudulent. I have been taken advantage of as well, and despite sending 52 emails, the alleged manager has escalated the situation to a so-called agency. I am prepared to take legal action if necessary. Others in similar circumstances have expressed the same concerns, and we should collectively pursue justice. Some individuals have paid just to alleviate the stress, but that is unjust. We have rights, and the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 is meant to protect us. In my situation, they even sent the wrong color item for my order, and I haven't even attempted to install it in my vehicle. Please take heed; I work hard for my earnings.
I feel completely ripped off after ordering a set of these. They didn't fit my car, and when they sent a replacement that they promised would fit, it also didn't work. I reached out again, but they showed no willingness to help resolve the issue. It's a total sham. I looked up their headquarters, and it turned out to be a small building with no proper office. I strongly advise staying away from this company!
Claimed to be custom fit for my vehicle but they don't fit whatsoever. I reached out to the support team to request a return for a refund, but they refuse to process it. They keep referencing their refund policy, which I found to be in clear violation of consumer rights. I'm now seeking a refund through my bank. STAY AWAY!
I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the mats, and they fit quite well, aside from a slightly awkward area around the clutch rest. However, a quick cut with a knife easily resolved that issue. After making the adjustment, I can confirm that they are of excellent quality.
The time from order to delivery was approximately 4 weeks, which is acceptable considering they are custom-made. Communication regarding the order was satisfactory. However, the packaging was chaotic, with items crammed into a tight ball secured with excessive plastic and tape, which doesn't create a good impression. The front custom mats fit reasonably well, but mine tend to slide, requiring additional adhesive pads. I've temporarily given up on fitting the rear custom mats due to a large amount of excess material that can't be tucked under the rear seat base. The top mats feel cheap and plastic-like, lacking the quality of carpet. In my view, they aren't worth the price, and my attempts to contact the support team via email have been unsuccessful. Perhaps I'm just unlucky since my vehicle is a relatively new model. Overall, I'm disappointed given the amount I've spent.
The quality is very disappointing, and the fit is not great. The front mats feature a completely unnecessary 20mm wide strip along the outer edge of the seats. The additional mats provided were of inferior quality, made from cheap, scratchy plastic, and the colors and texture bore no resemblance to what was shown on the website. I requested a return and refund, but it was outright denied. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I had to involve my bank, which issued a chargeback based on the discrepancies between the website images and the actual products I received. Now, the seller is sending me emails with threats of 'escalation.' I am prepared to present my photographic evidence in court!
