The item arrived quickly and in one piece. Unfortunately, the bowl holder snapped from the item when placing the bowl into the holder very gently, I literally used it twice. I have ordered another item from this seller though. Update:The seller responded and has offered to send a replacement. I can't fault this place, highly recommended.

Frustrating experience. 7 days after ordering there’s no delivery or email saying the order has been dispatched. No reply from the business to my email asking what the delay is and no communication as to why the order is delayed.
