We visited the Bellevue location last Thursday with the interest on selling a men's ring. We had the appropriate paperwork with us and met with a salesclerk who took pictures and sent it to the owner for a response. After awhile we left and the sales clerk took our info and said she would get back to us later in the day. We followed up with the store, late Thursday, Friday and then on Monday. At a bare minimum, they should of returned a call to let us know if they were interested or not. Don't hold your breath waiting for a reply.......After filing a review- they responded with the standard apology etc - not our standard….and want US to contact them - they have our information and it is on them to follow up
