The app is ineffective and exasperating.

The app does not function properly. It's a total waste of time. Taking days to verify my identity is simply UNACCEPTABLE. It appears they only want you to download numerous apps to overwhelm you with spam.

Consider before using their services

With so many entities mishandling our information, this questionable service made it seem mandatory to confirm my ID to use a gift card I earned. Naturally, they couldn't verify me—my device wasn't sufficient. I didn't need to verify anything; my gift card works fine. Now, I can't get them to stop emailing me.
