Received an email from trustpilot saying Bellharbour has nothing to do with Crabtree.This is factually not true!Bellharbour is a trading name for Crabtree pm and I have received correspondence from Bellharbour on behalf of Crabtree which by the way are all part of the fexco group!How can we believe your fantastic reviews when you claim to have no association with Crabtree!
Our building manager Josh Ingram is very responsive to issues that arise in the building and is willing to give is time to answering issue that arise, either by visiting the building or meeting with residents of the building. In particular he seems to like building management and solving problems.
A great service from Jacob & Joe in the Bellharbour team, I have been very impressed with the company. They were quick to respond to the damp issue in my apartment and ensured it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any property management.
Bellharbor is a new property company to me & and have taken over management of our building under challenging conditions - i have been particularly impressed by Josh Ingram and his team who have maintained composure and professionalism under often trying circumstances.
