Philip Kahan has been like a father figure to me. I met him by calling various Truck Insurance companies and he answered the phone. He asked “what is it that your trying to accomplish?” I explained, he said give me five minutes, he called me right back and had a litany of options for me. At the time I had just bought my truck, only had my CDL’s for three months. Phil was honest and told me it was going to be difficult because I was so new to the Industy. My first quote was $50,000.00 dollars. Phil and I never gave up, I leased on to a major carrier, obtained two years under my belt and called Phil. This is what Phil said “Robert, I knew you would call back, normally I file prospective customers but for some odd reason I kept your file on my desk all this time, because I believe in you. Eventually Phil found me an insurance company that was financially obtainable, and here we are 4-26-21, I have my own Authority, Phil walked me through the entire insurance process and sent ALL COI’s to companies I’ve applied to for Authority Contracts. Phil is a modern day Hero. We are not of the same nationality, but I call him Uncle Phil. He’s a stand up gentleman.
Perla was able to help my dad with his claim and in the times I was not able to be around due to work she translated for him since he only knows Spanish. ! That’s going above and beyond and I appreciated every time we spoke to her. Thank you hun.
