Bridge mcfarland market rasen Instructions accepted on 9th of June for simple transfer of ownership of a property Still no progress on 11th September I've bought bought a house in 3 weeks in the past from agreeing a purchase to picking up the keys. That property was is now worth 8 times the value of the property I'm trying to simply transfer to my granddaughter

A little late with review.Excellent all round serviceUsed Bridge McFarland Louth for the first time as we wanted a local company for easy access.From first contacting receptionist to the whole solicitor/conveyancing team particularly Miah, Evie and Sarah the service and reassurance from the team was exemplary.They acted on both sale and purchase of our property quickly and always very calm professional and reassuring to us in what is a very stressful time for some clients. Would have left no stars if possible. Awful experience via this Company. Very unprofessional. Make agreements and break them, make you feel awful and depressed and cause many months of unnecessary distress.
