Ordered four samples. Only three came with no explanation. I wrote to customer support and they wrote back that they will send the missing sample. I’ve received no shipping details or any other response since then. I needed my sample this week. Now I will likely have to go with another company because the sample didn’t arrive in time.
Ordered 3 countertop samples off their website. I was notified the next day that they’ve been picked and we’re on their way and there was no charge for these. Well, I haven’t yet picked my counter. It certainly helped me narrow down my choices and I really appreciated the surprise of excellent service at zero cost. Thank you.
