We were looking to replace decking on our patio and a chance visit to Jurassic home solutions at the Ideal Home show in London made us think about resin as an alternative.The salesman was friendly and fully explained the process although we were a bit sceptical as the company were not local to us but he assured us it wouldn’t be a problem and they only use their own workmen.We had a home visit by Jaimes Woods the marketing manager who went further into the procedure,designing the patio with us and helped to choose a colour from samples he had that we could take outside to compare in the daylight and then used a visualiser to see what the finished project would look like We set dates for the work to be carried out weather dependant. Both the teams from Jurassic home solutions carried out the work first led by Daniel’s team and then by Mariusz’s team. Both parties were polite and exceptional at their jobs and kept us informed every step of the way and discussed what was happening. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work
They also refurbished our front drive which is resin but was looking tired and dirty. This has greatly improved the look.
The main office at Jurassic home solutions also kept in touch keeping us updated and to see if everything was to our liking.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Jurassic home solutions.

I have been considering a resin driveway for several years now .my journey started when I met a lovely lady promoting jhs in a shopping mall with a very professional looking promotion stand .I done the research read the reviews and decided this was a company I could trust ,and let me tell you that I am so impressed with this company, the way they work is so professional. After a home visit / survey and agreeable price dates were locked in and the customer service team were doing a wonderful job at looking after me . Team turned up on time for 1st phase listened to what my requirements were and just got on a very happy great bunch always polite and worked hard all day it was impressive to see . With back up calls from the office team to ensure all was to my satisfaction..that's a real success story right there . On second visit the resin went down and just looks incredible a total transformation. I am getting nice comments from passers by on how nice it looks and I must say I am so pleased with it . The company the installers the whole experience was made so good by using the right company . The whole approach was so professional. There are lots of competitors out there but the question you have to ask is are they as competent as jurassic home solutions because for me they were not just great but outstanding and have no quarms of recommending them to family friends if your looking for this then your in the right place for a quality finish where no corners are cut no that'll do attitude. Our experience from start to finish has been nothing but professional. From the survey visit to preparation and final resin lay was conducted in a truly customer based approach. My experience as been positive from the survey to the concrete being laid I was kept informed right through the process they turned up when they were supposed to to and worked hard every day the men were pleasant and friendly Rimi was in charge of the work team and is very easy to to get along with I still have the resin to go down next week but I am sure this will go well as all the work before as
I have just had my drive replaced and I’m extremely happy with the results Damian, Mario & Endri worked very hard in terribly bad weather but still managed to be very clean and tidy. From initial contact to the finish job everything was well organised and on time. I had to reschedule the work a couple of times and the office staff were very helpful and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to friends neighbours and family
