Been going since the 7th of April 2025. Absolutely amazing team. Homely feel but very professional. Was extremely nervous at first (fear of the unknown I guess) but now I look forward to my visits. I’m 40 yo. Car accident at 19, Suffered SPD in my pregnancies x2, 22 yo and 23 yo. I can honestly say that finding back2balance has been the best thing and given me not only a pain free life, energy, confidence to work all my jobs as a single mum of not two teenagers. For context I’m a catering manager (school cook) I clean another school Monday-Friday, run my own small business from home, private house cleaning and when needed help at my local pub. I’m constantly on my feet. I can’t recommend this wonderful team of people enough. Now I’ve got them, I’m never going to let them go lol. Just try it! I promise, you won’t be disappointed. Choosing my health as a priority in my life has helped me gain better mobility in a really short period of time. I’d been having this terrible neck-shoulder and lower back pains for about 15 years. All the care by GPs, physiotherapists and massage therapists hadn’t provided a lasting solution. The first day I walked into Back2Balance for my first session, I walked out immediately feeling the difference as my left leg immediately felt balanced while walking. I didn’t realise that I had walked with one leg shorter than the other all these years, hence the pains. I have been going to Becky for sometime now, I have suffered with back issues for many years, she always listens to what I say in regards to aches and pains and treats accordingly. I saw Chris last week as I had a sore shoulder and legs were tight from training for the half marathon. Chris quickly assessed me and found all the sore spots which he worked on and have really helped ease the aches. He was very proficient would highly recommend him.
