Great selection of inventory in stock. Purchasing process was easy and streamlined. The emails for notifications were great and the shipping time was amazing from door to door. I have placed multiple orders previously and won't hesitate to order from them again.
I was able to buy the parts I needed, which were for older windows, and delivery was quick. Best was our ability to install the new parts ourselves. The only thing I would change is to include some screws, as it's assumed you have the screws for the piece the parts attach to.
Waited over two weeks after ordering part before e-mailing to find out status. A couple days later was told it would ship within 48 hours. Waiting another ten days before emailing again and again and again. Finally was told it would ship within 48 hours and arrived. Part works great, but awful customer service.
