I am from Columbus Ohio and I do remember when Donatos open their first door . There sauce was to die for, their additives were fresh and on piont but the sauce to me makes a great pizza. However, I havent ate a Donatos in years because they started tasting different. Just this year my friend and I were going on a road trip she lives in Springfield Ohio. She offered me a slice of pizza and told her no I am from Columbus and I dont like Donatos no more. Later on, I got hungry and I asked for a slice. OMG! the pizza tasted like the pizza we ate back in the day. He made my mouth burst with nostalgia!!!!! It was the same sauce that they used on their pizza when they first began. My complain is that your pizza place are bait and switching the sauce which is fraud. I need to get to the bottom of this.
I lived in Ohio all my life. I have to say that Donatos pizza there was horrible. Now I live in Palm Coast florida. I saw the add for their new stuffed crust pizza so I thought I'd give it a try. I have to admit, it was awsome. The crust, toppings, stuffed crust, sauce was really really GOOD. I normally get mine from pappa johns but to get stuffed crust, you have to order a large. I'm one person and the left over pizza isn't good. There is NO good pizza anywhere around here BUT Now im a firm believer in Donatos. Thats got to be the best pizza I've had in the past 4yrs here in Florida
The manager working here needs to be held accountable for their actions. His living quarters are absolutely disgusting with animal excrement in the main living area. As well as the kitchen where he keeps his own food. It's infested with several types of insects, from flees to roaches to bed budgs. His personal living space is cluttered with hoards of garbage and filth. The unit itself needs to be condemned. This person is making people's food. The fallout of this delirious person has affected my own personal career more than any other negative experience. If I continue to experience further fallout, I'm just going to call APS and have them review his residence for adult neglect. He's disgusting, and so are living conditions. He is not a good person. While I like their products, their advertising and promotions are a disgrace.Their lates promotion, for example, for CALZATO at $5.00 ea cost $23.00 for two with $5.00 of this price. Then, of course, ordering on line requires specifying a TIP, and would you refuse if the quality of your Calzato depends on it? Many of their promoted price also disappears (This Promotion Expired) when you actually try to place an order.

We drove an hour and a half only to find a handwritten note about being closed after their supplier didn't show up. Then we drove again and they had "water problems". Then we drove there AGAIN to see that they are suddenly renovating. This place is never available to us, and we don't trust them anymore.
I had quit ordering from donatos for a couple years because I had an incident where my food wasn't correct and I had called and they try to make it out to be like I was a liar or it was my father something so I was like well I'm not ordering again for a while and I didn't until here recently again and you know when you pay that much money for food you expect it to be correct and how you want it that's why you're spending your money there that's when you spend your money somewhere you expect things to be right, every time I order pizza from there which here recently I've ordered twice and the second time is worse than the first time was asked for light bake I asked for extra sauce for a light bake my crust is always burnt like on the outside I mean hardly any sauce on it let alone extra. I won't waste another dime at this place again!
On February the 22nd at approximately 11:30 p.m. I called donatos address 350 Norton road Columbus Ohio and I spoke with a lady I placed an order for two large pepperoni pizzas a ham and cheese sub and 10 bone in chicken wings and that came up to $40.37 on that night I never received my food but they took my money the car that I use for purchasing the food was with cash app which is also documented I've called the next day to speak with a manager to inquire about my food or about the return of my money they said that they didn't see my name nor address and their system and was very rude and disrespectful they Aaron return told me that I had to dispute this with cash at to get my money back I've been robbed of $40.37 from donatos this is very disgusting disrespectful and I think this is not how donatos should do business donatos need to make this right and giving me back my money.
