Side Effects from Supplements Are Concerning

My healthcare provider prescribed about nine different supplements. The side effects I've experienced from these products are alarming. I've never encountered such reactions from medications, even those marketed as natural remedies. These items seem ineffective. As I write this, I feel awful. I've discontinued all of them and am now trying one at a time. I've reached my limit with these products. I suspect there are ingredients that could be harmful to people. The healthcare provider is good, but the products are risky.
