Review Time
i placed a order on flitit on 8th may..till 11 may no update from flitit...when i called them on 11th...they had no idea...they called back after 6 hours to inform that the sold item is not in stock and i should take some thing else....Totally unreliable site...wastage of time...zero customer service...any body who sells something which they do not have or if they can not manage their inventory system...should be heavily fined...
Not going to order from this website ever. Earlier as a new customer i have received a 10 percent discount code. After placing the order the order got cancelled automatically and then they don't let me use my discount code saying its on applicable on the beauty items. Very very unprofessional.
Never order from this site as I have purchased byoma cream and firstly they told me they need to order it from Europe and delivery to me took more than 7 days and it was just refill ( on their site they have the original bottle picture, not mention I will get refill). How can I supposed to take the cream out of bottle? She took my complain and from then nobody message me back anymore. Its total scam company!!
I placed first order and i have worst experience of my life. They have placed add with product details which is not available with them. They called me and told me to take other product. Extreme disappointment!! Never gonna place any order as i know they are not going to give same product.
