I had a discussion as advised on the packaging with my physician. She thought the cheaper supplements ( total care) better as the stimulating ones apparently include ingredients where there is no proof of efficacy. I wanted to discuss with foligain. First email contradicted the packaging advice and said I could use medication the package said I shouldn’t. All other emails ignored including those asking for a returns label. I spent £200 and I want to send the stuff I can’t use and the stuff I think I can but they won’t explain the difference between ( eg shampoo and supplements) as I prefer to be able to seek advice. I thought Foligain would provide this. They don’t. Looking at the reply again, I think it may even be an AI bot picking up key words! Please foligain just give me the info to send your stuff back Their reply below just tells me to email the same inbox that I have contacted 4 times for advice or a returns form already and got no reply. I won’t waste my time a fifth occasion. It looks like I need to contact my credit card to resolve.
First of all the minoxidil passed a bleach test so it's a real deal. Second thing is a delivery. Something like 3-5 working days to Croatia (EU). Third thing is the price. Let's be real, a minoxidil is a minoxidil. One brand will be less irritating than other but 5% minoxidil is what it's important. For this price, I can't find better.
I've re done my feedback as they deny my order was placed with them and probably will again on this feedback. Be warned I've had to contact my bank and open a case for a refund as they emailed saying you're parcel is waiting to be collected as I wouldn't open the door for the courier to take his ridiculous picture as I was alone at home and wouldn't open the door this company refused point blank to refund me until the package reached them again which DHL emailed daily saying I only had 5 days before they'd return the item. The item has now been returned and I've heard nothing from these cowboys. So anyone having issues report to your bank and open a case against them because it will effect this company eventually as my bank has already stopped people buying from certain companies due to scam or poor performance and judging by these reviews and the ratings going down quickly I can see it happening with this incompetent bar stewards soon. So red flag with any company on trustpilot is there response will say I'm sorry I don't recognize this email and can't find an order placed with us you must have the wrong company that's also another huge red flag they definitely aren't in the Uk probably China and the goods are probably counterfeit so be warned low prices low quality. It was my fault because I thought I was on the correct website only the real website and genuine do anything to help you with orders especially if your vulnerable or disabled this company only cares about holding onto your money and making you miserable waiting for your bank to issue it on their behalf. Worst customer service ever very nasty greedy unhelpful people AVOID AVOID ⛔️⚠️🚫
