John Reed at Inizio has been nothing short of Amazing! He is so helpful, kind and inspiring and he actuly cares about your success and wants to make sure everything is perfect for you and your customers. I had been ordering my designs on Etsy and when I ordered from Inizio there was no comparision the quality of the detailing in every stitch and the clarity is very impressive !
