ive been using this tan for a long time. ive tried the oil body tanner, and the face drops -- but just use the face drops mixed in with lotion. Here's my 2 cents.Tip: If you want a really good tan, mix the dove lotion tanner (so good, so cheap! like $8) with the face tanning drops, like half a drop for each dollop of lotion, this will give you that like Malibu tan effect. Side note, dove lotion tanner is incredible and much cheaper.Complaint: Omg this stuff stains my nails so BAD, it takes weeks for the stains to come out, in fact until they've grown out. its so frustrating.

I agree with others

I agree with others. The tan is good but blooming pump breaks less than half a bottle down. SOOO annoying!

Mouse pump bottle issue

I love Isle of paradise tanning product but I have had four mousse bottle pumps break. This can’t just be bad luck and looking at the reviews of other people obviously have similar problems. I have contacted either paradise to ask them what they are going to do about this but haven’t had a reply. Until they improve the pump, I’m not willing to waste £19 on products that I can’t use.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service. When you contact them (even via more than one method) it seems you get zero response. Too bad if anything goes wrong with their products.

I would have given it zero if it was an option. The pump on the bottle broke the first pump. Ruined my holiday as I couldn’t fake tan as it was 10pm the night before. Waste of £20 for sainsburys very disappointed other people when I’ve looked online having the same problem!

Overrated

After hearing rave reviews I decided to try this tanning brand. I've now tried the drops, the tanning water, and mousse. All three left me disappointed. I'm pretty pale so I went for the dark option and I was still paler than friends who used light in other brands. I'm pretty much a self tan expert by this point, but I somehow still ended up with a less than perfect finish. Although it's cheaper than my usual brand, I've now wasted around £40 on products I won't use. I bought directly through boots so i doubt the brand can do anything here but hopefully this helps someone else. Would not recommend this brand or these products.

Leaking Christmas Gift

Purchased a kit as a Christmas gift and unfortunately, something in the set leaked under the tree. I wrote the company asking for assistance and after some initial favorable response, they basically told me too bad for me. Would not purchase again.

My Barbie's favourite new beauty product!

My girlfriend loves tanning so we tried the green bottle and she came up a stunning bronze which really accentuated her 'Barbie' look and which she loved. No product transfer and only a slightly smell after application which went after a shower. Tried the purple bottle and equally as delighted with the colour and look. Barbie says she's never felt so confident after using a tanning product so this will be her 'go to' self tanning product from now on and she says she loves it so much she'll be using it through the winter too! Thank you Isle of Paradise for ensuring I get a beautifully bronzed Barbie blonde all year round and not just for the warmer months!

Orange, smelly and disappointing

I bought both the dark self tan drops and the ultra dark tanning mousse and I'm so disappointed to say that I didn't like either product. I tried the drops first which I used with my moisturiser but found my colour the next day to be quite orange and the smell was awful, really strong even after a shower. A week later I then tried the mousse and loved the way it went on and the colour it gave me but again, the next day I felt it had an orange tint to it and the smell again was horrendous. This was over a week ago and I can still smell that mouldy biscuit fake tan smell from my skin, even with scrubbing in the shower every day. I'm disappointed with this product and definitely wouldn't recommend it. I love Coco and Eve and I will stick with that from now on.

I tried the light mousse for a lighter…

I tried the light mousse for a lighter tan - first time trying this tan. Pretty good coverage although still a bit orangey. However the ‘zero transfer’ tan does actually transfer - all over my lovely pale towels. Think I’ll stick to ‘Skinny Tan’ I’m afraid.
