I had high hopes for this company

I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed. I initially thought they were reliable, but after multiple attempts to reach them through email, I have received no response. The lack of communication and service delay is very frustrating. I expected much better, and this has been a poor experience overal

EXPIRED PRODUCT

I checked the batch code (found on the bottom of the jar and box) of the cleansing balm I ordered from this site, and it was OVER 3 YEARS OLD! I will not be ordering from this site again. If I were you, I'd pay a little more for guaranteed fresh product(s) that can be easily returned if necessary.

Tried to order some items through the site using PayPal and it kept saying my IP address was blacklisted. I have never seen anything like that when ordering anything online before. Seems like a red flag this is a scam site.

This is my 2nd order and you can bet there'll be more.

This is my second order with LaLa Daisy. I really like this company because they seem to care about what the client receives. Each time the items were beautifully packaged, authentic and arrived so much earlier than their estimated arrival time. They care enough to ship super timely and beautifully wrapped showing care for the products they are selling, AND that they care about my opinion of them. Just as importantly they are competitive in their pricing. Sure there are some that might seem slightly cheaper, but when I look at the service provided by LLD - well, there just is "no comparison." Thanks so much LLD!

Happy to have found LaLa Daisy!!So glad I found this site! I get my usual products here but at a much better price. I especially like the Davines shampoo. Everything is packaged well. There’s a strong tape on all the caps to prevent spilling. I trust this site and will buy from them again.

Amazing prices!

I’ve been shopping at LaLa Daisy since 2019. All the products I have received are authentic and well packaged. They use a heavy duty tape on the caps and not once have I received a spilled or damaged product. I’m pleased with their shipping and I receive my items rather quick. I save a lot with Lala Daisy.
