Not for us.

Fast delivery, well packaged, but the cats dont like the food. Trying to increase meat intake i thought id try LK. But just like the normal felix/whiskas the cats lick the gravy and leave the unappitising blobs of whatever it is. I dont think its value for money, just ordinary processed food in an expensive tin. Not for us.

Free delivery

Put an order in on line. 25th November delivery 1 to 4 days. Now 2nd December and not received my dog good. Contacted them and they told me it had been sent to the courier DPD. I normally use Pets at Home to buy my dog food. I will not be using Lilly Kitchen direct again.

I did not receive my order and they have kept my money.

I did not receive my order and they have kept my hard earned money. They are aware of this and despite several complaints to them they have kept my money. They say it was refunded back to my original payment method on 21/12/2023 but after contacting them several times since they’ve kept my money. Order number LL01774390.Scammers.

King of Kibble

Just bought a bag of Lily's Kitchen Proper Food for Cats Fishermans Feast White Fish with Salmon cat biscuits. They cost double the price of other cat foods on offer for similar sized bags & I nearly didn't buy them because of the price.£10 is far too expensive for what they are. But because of the quality ingredients, the earth friendly packaging & the fact I adore my adopted Cats Protection mog, Phoebz, I bought them anyways, to try.I felt the size of the biscuits through the packaging in the shop & was pleased to find they were smaller & smoother than many other makes are & they broke quite easily by hand.I have an elderly 18yo cat who only eats fish flavoured foods. Her teeth are in top condition for her age. Finding decent kibble for her has proven difficult over the years, but she's worth the effort. The biscuits are a nice size for cats - I gave her a few to try & she gobbled them down & now she's happily purring away on my lap.I'd have given these a 5 star rating, if it wasn't for the ott price tag!I don't mind paying a bit more for wheat free cat foods, but twice the price is plain greedy imho.I've also tried Lily's tinned meaty cat foods, but she didn't enjoy them at all.I wish they made a fishy flavoured pate & a terrine type, because these are her favourites.Hope this review helps others decide.

Really quite gutted as two of my cats…

Really quite gutted as two of my cats used to love the pates, and then suddenly, around the time that the packaging changed a couple of weeks ago, they completely stopped eating some of the flavours. They both ate it fine and then I had a new box of 19 tins arrive and both of them literally sniffed it and walked away and wouldn't even go back to it if I left it down for a while. I thought it might have been a bad batch but when I ordered another one, the exact same thing happened! What's worse is that my female cat who is very selective, absolutely loves the Suppurrs range and it's the only food that I've tried which she will literally beg for and devour within minutes... and now they've decided to discontinue it!These are the two products I religiously order from Lily's Kitchen and now I will have to find another brand altogether which is gutting because I wanted to feed my cats what I felt was the best brand around. Not sure yet how I'm going to find alternatives they will all eat but I guess I'll be stocking up on the last of the Suppurrs tins on Amazon!

Puppy loved it in comparison to…

Puppy loved it in comparison to nature's menu. However the poo is bad, looks like curry sauce everytime and needs to go sometimes half way through the meal. It's a pity as it ticked all the other boxes. First delivery of Bella and Duke due 28th of December, fingers crossed

Poor

Tried this for a month. Puppy regurgitated often, constant soft stools, and most of the time wouldn't eat the food. Switched to another brand and he's now food mad and super healthy. I'd stay clear of this stuff.
