The price 3 months ago for 15 bags was $487.0 and then auto renew. You never called me was $1,251.00 no thanks. I even called you in advance before delivery to cancel and you still didn’t cancel. So fedex was declined and now I have to get the bank involved for refund. Total BS when you could’ve stopped cargo for me asap. Same everyone time and money.
PETFLOW ROCKS 🤩. We have been with PetFlow’s for years because they are amazing!! We once encountered an issue with the shipping company ( not PetFlow’s fault) , but PETFLOW stepped right up and made it right. We will continue to use PetFlow because they are courteous, friendly and reliable. We also absolutely love automatic shipping!!
Petflow did Not send me an email that Another shipment of food was coming, as I did not order it, and Petflow had already doubled my shipment before that, and I called in because I didn't order the last one that was sent (or even the previous one 6 week earlier), and, they did Not send me an email that a shipment was coming Again, AND they didn't send me an email the price of that food DOUBLED since the last shipment.... I'm disputing the increase of price with my credit card company, and provided them with all these details.
Pet Flow is top notch. I have had damaged dog products in the past with shipping. They are more than willing to help. They keep you informed about your orders. I would only recommend better packing and dividing up an order that has a case of canned pet food so the products do not get damaged. Thank You Pet Flow
I appreciate the service and lower prices from Petflow. The only thing that I feel can be improved is the Managed Shipment correspondence. I recently changed the frequency of my delivery, and would like to receive confirmation that it was received and acknowledged.
