Keith was phenomenal

Keith was phenomenal. He got back with me and took care of my needs even though it was clearly my fault for the mix up. This is my first and probably only chance to see a Broadway play. Keith went out of his way and followed up later to get me taken care of. Thank you to everyone involved.

I accidentally ordered two sets of tickets for the same show. Lucy was able to secure the original seats and secure a refund from my credit card company for the second set. So grateful.

I saw the Beetlejuice show yesterday

I saw the Beetlejuice show yesterday, and it was a lot of fun! The actors were great, and the performance was really entertaining. Unfortunately, the experience was spoiled by how freezing cold it was in the balcony. The cold air was blowing so strongly that I ended up feeling sick today — my sinuses and throat are sore. I also noticed other people around me shivering during the show. I really hope the management can address the temperature issue, because otherwise it would have been an amazing experience.
