Review Time
Unfortunately, my experience with iPromo was disappointing. While their selection is good, customer service was slow to respond, and my order took longer than expected to arrive. I expected better communication and timely delivery. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
Revised review. iPromo made it right. They re-shipped the products individually packaged at no cost to us. They shipped the replacements fast to two addresses so we can have the giveaway at a tradeshow next week. They could have ignored the problem since in theory we ordered the wrong thing (if you found the detail in the fine print), but they did the right thing by providing superb and understanding customer service.-----------------------------------------------------Just received our order for branded microfiber lens cloths. This is the fourth time we’ve ordered this product over the last 5 years. The unit price here was more expensive as to be expected in an inflationary environment. But all other times the lens cloths have been individually packaged as needed for tradeshow giveaways. Not a stack of pieces of microfiber in a poly bag as we received today.Total waste of money. We can’t use these as give-aways. We had no idea they’d be packed like this. It's not clear on the website and the sales reps never mentioned it. Yes I know—buyer beware etc etc, but hugely disappointing and unusable. How can anyone think this is viable marketing product? It's not.
Ask to work with Thomas. Incredible customer service and always available. Had to update and change my design a few times, and each time, Thomas was able to provide me a new quote, answer all my questions and consistently stay in communication with me.
I have worked with Michael Engle on two projects and from scheduling, billing, and delivering, everything has been a breeze. I usually work with local vendors for most of my promotional products, but Michael is my go to for reasonably priced products that I want to order online.
Just wanted to say that I was very happy with our order of power banks with our logo on it. The color was perfect and the power banks are awesome! I’ve never seen one like that before. In fact, at first I thought I got the wrong product because I didn’t realize the lightning adapter was hidden inside. I love how compact it is and I think our employees are going to love it. Thanks again!
iPromo, Thomas, and the Apparel Machine did an amazing job on my promo jackets. They exceeded our expectations and the turn around time was spectacular. The jacket embroidery was perfect. Blue Port Authority jackets and yellow and orange letters that popped. Wow. I strongly recommend you get your designs completed by iPromo, Thomas, and Apparel Machine.
