The Townhouse is clean and tidy and has everything you'd need including UK TV 📺 The beds are comfortable and the shower works just fine 🙂 Located 5 minutes slow walk to the main drag of shops bars and restaurants but still very quiet at night 😴 There is a useful balcony and a patio area for reading 📚 and sunbathing 🌞We've stayed here twice before and are booked again for next year, ideal for us 😁Would highly recommend for a peaceful holiday.
We have used Felix and Lisa at Overseeproperty for the last 4 years and have made numerous trips to Cyprus and have used these guys for our rentals, car hire recommendations and also restaurant s etc.Always been there to help whatever has happened as well as always having the villas spotless everytime.They obviously speak English being expats and they come highly recommended
We have booked through Lisa and Felix for many years they manage a lot of beautiful villas and are always happy to help with any queries you may have, all the villas I have stayed in have been great and allows us to see different bits of the island we will always try our best to book through these guys as it’s an easy enjoyable experience
This was our 2nd time staying in one of Lisa & Felix’s villas, & we were not disappointed. The villa has everything you need including items like a sewing kit to hair straighteners! It was really clean & beds changed the 2nd week. The pool was amazing. The villa lovely & big too so plenty of room for the 6 of us. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival and Lisa kindly sorted our taxi transfers out.We were close to the legends bar, beach and main strip was only a 10/15 minute walk. Also close to bus stop, so a car is not really needed. Now booked for a third year as loved it so much. The Sense beach bar was a lovely place to visit and there was even a bus stop right near this, well worth a visit or two there.
This is the 4th year in a row that I have been hosted by Lisa and Felix in various villas. Every single villa has clearly been prepared with a lot of care and attention and it's a special treat to get a complimentary welcome pack, especially on a late arrival. Lisa also offers to buy any other shopping you require on arrival, at cost. I had a small problem opening a patio door and Felix promptly attended to assist. It's also nice to have fresh bedding and towels during the stay and these are provided at a very respectful time of the day (with prior notice) and always with a smile and an offer of any advice /help or restaurant recommendations.I truly wouldn't book with anyone else. It's a shame they only look after properties in Cyprus however having enjoyed my holidays so much, why go anywhere else.Thanks guys, see you again later in the year 😊
We’ve stayed in many villas over the years, and this one’s probably our favourite. A great location with excellent facilities including the largest pool we’ve ever had at a villa, and an outside kitchen that’s a great extra to have. We’re a family of five and had plenty of room to either be together in the pool or to chill with a quiet read on the balcony or in the comfortable lounge. Less than a ten minute drive to Coral Bay’s ‘strip’ or the sea caves, (try a 20 minute walk down to Sentiero for dinner and to watch the sun go down, a taxi back is only 12€), and just a 20 minute drive into Paphos, you really can’t go wrong. If I were you, I’d book. Now. We’re planning on returning next summer for even longer - the first time we’ve gone back to a villa! Thank you!
We’ve booked several villas with Lisa and Felix and never been disappointed. The booking process is always simple and straight forward, any queries are always dealt with promptly by Lisa. She was also happy to arrange our transfers from and to the airport.The villas are always clean and well equipped. The water cooler was also an added bonus when we recently spent a week in Cyprus.The welcome pack is always appreciated too, especially when coming in on a late flight.The pools in the villas are always a good size and kept clean and tidy by Felix.Villas are always in a great location for the shops, bars, beach, bus etc.I would definitely recommend using Lisa and Felix
This was the second time we were lucky enough to book a villa in Coral Bay with this company.Communication with Lisa is always great and they go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one.We arrived quite late and the villa was lit up and welcoming, it was very clean and there was a welcome pack in the fridge.Absolutely beautiful villa, spacious with comfortable beds and sofas.The villa has fantastic views and it is a quiet area but still close to all restaurants.We hired a car again so we could visit more of the island but guests could easily stay in the villa as it is such a lovely place to be.Highly recommended this company to book your holiday through.
We've been using Lisa and felix's villas for a number of years now and love the variety of staying in a different one each time, around coral bay. Every villa has been perfect for us. From the booking process through to our holiday, Lisa is very prompt with any enquiry. The welcome pack is exactly that, welcome, especially when arriving late! Any minor problem we've had during our stay, has been dealt with promptly by felix and much appreciated. We've always found the villas to be spotlessly clean and cleaning products are readily available. Beds and sofas are comfortable. The few nights we stay in, the air conditioning has been great and every villa we've used has access to UK channels on the telly. We also bring our firestick with us to access Netflix etc. Lisa has always been great with us and very flexible when our flight times have been changed, especially at short notice and extremely flexible with us during the covid years! There's also been the added bonus of been allowed to stay past the checkout time, if no one else has been arriving the same day, which is really handy when we have a late flight back home. All in all i can't recommend these villas enough!Paul and davena
