Disappointing Experience After Initial Satisfaction

I had a positive experience using the service for several months and even paused my subscription without any issues. The quality was good, and the packaging and shipping were reliable with tracking. However, since May 2025, they have continued to charge my account without delivering anything. Despite reaching out via email and social media, I received no response. As mentioned by others, the website is now unavailable, making it impossible to unsubscribe. I had to contact my bank to block future payments, and I have little hope of recovering my money from the past six months.

Unreliable service and difficulties with cancellation

The service is completely untrustworthy, and their website is currently unavailable, making it impossible to cancel my subscription. I've been making payments since July 2025 (today is January 8th, 2026) and have yet to receive any of my orders, with no option to stop the payments. I'm counting on my bank to help resolve this issue.

Initial experience was positive, but then it declined

Initially, everything was great. However, shipments started arriving late and then stopped altogether. Despite being charged, I received nothing. After several attempts to contact them, I eventually canceled my subscription in June but was still charged in July for shipments I never received.
