Extremely disappointed with the user design and its expensive cost which isn't justified by the content offered. The cancellation button is cleverly hidden, making it hard to find or even know how to cancel. Despite reaching out to the company the same day for a refund, they outright refused. There are much better and cost-effective alternatives like Grammarly and Office 365 which offer equal or superior content. I strongly advise avoiding this app due to these poor business practices.

I can't believe they've had the damn cheek to install a pay wall. I've used and contributed to their database for some time, as have many users. The primary homepage USP is "Community-driven". And yet they now feel entitled to lock out the contributors who made the site what it is! Greedy, unfair, unjust, grasping, avaricious and many other synonyms!
