Help filing claim for medical emergency in Argentina

I spoke with Charla for help regarding filing our claim for my wife who endured a severe broken leg on a Gate 1 trip to Argentina. She was most helpful in assisting me to fill our and file the forms!Actually, the entire experience with Arch was excellent. We needed a flight nurse and special accommodations to get her back to the States. There were lots of moving parts, but we were accompanied the whole way to our home, and made it back within four days. We're also very glad we did not contract independently for travel insurance, but did it under the umbrella of Gate 1 as our tour guide spent an significant amount of time making sure everything was coordinated.

Cory was extremely helpful. He understood my issue and took it upon himself to call BackRoads to see if he could come to a solution with them. When that was not possible, he presented a very reasonable alternative. Cory was very pleasant and went above and beyond. He is an excellent customer service rep!!
