As an installer, I’ve worked with quite a few brands, and SAJ stands out. Their all-in-one units save loads of time on-site, and commissioning is straightforward. My only feedback would be slightly clearer wiring diagrams, but overall – excellent kit.
Solar System, don`t believe the hype. Very helpful at first, aftercare is a different story, 18 panels & 4 batteries, Not working correctly from early on, 9 months later Time Of Use mode has issues, AI mode I am told not to use, as it doesn`t work, if it gets to zero degrees or below the system is virtually redundant as the batteries wont charge or discharge. Requested it was removed as not fit for purpose according to Consumer Rights, Jel Ren tell me its working as per manufacturers data sheets, told to take it up with HIES. I am going to escalate this further. If any prospective buyers want more info of my experience feel free to contact me. I wish I could turn the clock back and not order it.
I've a less-than-year inverter from SAJ and it worked very well untill I've reported to them that some time the inverter load the batteries using the power line and not the solar panels.After that, they have updated the firmware of my inverter and the firmware of my batteries.After that the inverter loads the battery up to 75% and discharge them up to 40%, and for me is not correct.I've signalled this to SAJ but they refuse to answer.I really trust SAJ, for me they have great products, but I'm really disappointed for this lack of information.
