If a could put a zero, I put it. I buy this insurance for my travel to Tenerife, the Sahara sand make have a very dangerous allergy, I got problems with my limbs and my breathing. I sell them for help, and they only chat me for washap and they don’t want to see me in camera. And when I ask again for help she Dr Tatiana ( I willCheck if is a real doctor when I go home) told me she cannot turn on the camera because is not included in the service I pay. I can dye and they never have any empathy for the people. How can be posible? She finish the chat and that’s it, she told me she can give me a doctor to go but I need to pay like without any insurance. So, my advised is, don’t buy this insurance. Because they don’t help you at all. Don’t loose your money.Si pudiera poner un cero, lo pondría. Compro este seguro para mi viaje a Tenerife, las arenas del Sahara tienen una alergia muy peligrosa, tengo problemas con mis pulmones y mi respiración. Los pido por ayuda, y solo me chatean por washap y no quieren verme en cámara. Y cuando vuelvo a pedir ayuda, la Dra. Tatiana (que necesito comprobar si es un médico de verdad cuando vaya a casa) me dijo que no puede encender la cámara porque no está incluida en el servicio que pago. Puedo morir y nunca mostró ninguna empatía por mi. ¿Cómo puede ser posible? Ella terminó el chat y eso es todo, me dijo que puede darme un médico para ir, pero tengo que pagar como sin ningún seguro. Entonces, mi consejo es no comprar este seguro. Porque no te ayudan en absoluto. No pierdas tu dinero.
Durante la emergencia médica, la empresa respondió de forma rápida y efectiva. Sin embargo, al momento de gestionar el pago de las facturas, todo cambió. Llevamos más de dos meses esperando una respuesta definitiva, a pesar de haber enviado toda la documentación en varias ocasiones y dentro de los plazos exigidos. No cumplen con los tiempos ni con lo establecido en el contrato. Además, hay gran confusión sobre su identidad y ubicación: cuando uno llama, algunas veces dicen que sí son la empresa y otras que no, aunque el número es el mismo. Cuando el hospital nos solicito la direccion para enviar las facturas nos dieron una direccion de Panamá, pero los teléfonos de asistencia son en florida y España, y cuando contestan dicen que estan ubocados en Bogotá, sin que sea claro dónde operan realmente ni quién asume la responsabilidad del caso. En resumen, una experiencia muy frustrante: buena atención durante la emergencia, pero sin cumplimiento, sin respuesta y sin claridad cuando llega el momento del pago.During the medical emergency, the company responded quickly and effectively. I decided to extend my trip and wanted to extend my policy. They have not answered any request on various channels from since a week ago where I tried to reach them and today is my due date with the insurance expiring.I did not contact any other insurance company trusting in they would work due to the reviews here. Honestly very disappointed, no one followed up and still waiting... have to find an alternative quickly now.
