Review Time
My friend and I were looking for a tea subscription after our advent calendar was done. We started Tea Runners in December, set up a subscription and have had to contact them for every shipment. It seems like it just sits and sits until we say "hey, where's my tea?" The tea is tasty but the service is horrible!!
I have been drinking coffee every morning during the whole my life and ofc I can't get rid of this addiction, but it doesn't so harmful as the most part pf people state. Sometimes, it might be even useful, especially in case of such diseases as hypertonia ro something like that. Anyway, this company is my savior when I need a new coffee. Idk, how much species of coffee I have already tasted but I know that I haven't tasted everything is presented here for sure. So, I would highly recommend this company to all those who are fond of drinking delicious tea or coffee. Bet you will never regret.
I love this tea and it almost always arrives super quickly, but I recently had a not great interaction with one of the owners. My order was significantly delayed because it accidentally traveled across the country before reaching me. It took 11 days to arrive by UPS instead of the usual 1-2 days. I was also concerned that the tea in plastic bags sat on a hot truck in the middle fo summer for days, not sure if that is the healthiest. Anyway, I know the delay was due to a UPS mistake and it was not Tea Runners fault, but I thought it would have been nice if they could have sent me out a couple of sample packs to get me through until my order arrived. That would have left me with a really good feeling about the company. Instead they were dismissive of my concerns and said there was nothing they could do. I used to be a huge fan and recommended them to all my friends, but I probably won’t be doing that anymore.
A huge selection of different teas to try from this company. I have found it is a good opportunity to be more adventurous and try the more unique and unusual blends of tea that you dont normally find in your local store or the big supermarket brands. I used to drink the same tea all the time but after visiting a friend who would give me a different tea every time I visited I found that I began to look forward to seeing what she would have in store for me each week. This lead me to being more adventurous with my own tea drinking and she recommended tearunners.com which is where she was getting her fantastic tea from.I have been a customer for a while now and after just receiving my latest order I thought I should take the time to leave a positive review as this is a company who really do deserve one. As others have mentioned, the service really is excellent, with fast delivery and the products arriving to your door totally fresh. The products really are top quality and well worth every penny. An excellent company who have earnt themselves another loyal customer.
