Admittedly, these Tickets were erroneously Purchased - albeit for the WRONG Venue/City. (Over SIX Hours Away!) Immediately after I was notified of 'my' error, I contacted Ticket Liquidator, then again, and then again - to request an Exchange.(for the 'correct' Venue/City - just over an Hour Away)But, NOPE - 'All Sales Are Final' - Too Bad/Tough S#!t.
Let's start with the price. $400 for the ticket (with bonus merch) and $160 in excessive fees. That's $560. I could have paid in the $300s for the same ticket. Diamond package? No perks? The bonus merch hasn't even been shipped after a week and a half. This is a scam. Anyone reading this should shop elsewhere for tickets. Better prices and less fees than this company
Difficult to deal with, never heard from them after concert was rescheduled, wanted to sell tickets as I moved and they were not helpful. Decided to go and they wouldn’t release my tickets until the day of the concert. Got a phone call at 1 PM saying they were changing from mobile to paper passes and to print out the tickets. I don’t own a printer and had difficulty finding one so close to when I had to travel 4 hours to attend the concert
