Customer Service Assistance Needed

I ordered a "Funny greetings video, order number: 42693" last 31st July. I tried downloading it a couple of times on my PC and my phone but I didn't get any notification, so I assume that it's okay not to download it until I need to use it for my husband's birthday and it shows on the website that the video is currently unavailable. I tried messaging you guys for a couple times but no reply, and the website is not working at all anymore even to order a new one).

Pleasantly surprised!

Much to my surprise my custom video was exactly what I ordered and was in my email inbox within less than 24 hours. I ordered at 10:00 ish am and then received it the next day at around 8:00 am. Definitely would buy again.

So bad i ordered for fathers day and…

So bad i ordered for fathers day and supposed to be delivered in the fathers day and i didnt receive anything also i am trying to contact them to change the email and no one answering only one answer from tiktok that it will be sended in 2-3 hours and its more than 24 hours until now they didnt answer or send it !!! So bad that they let me think it is a scam

I had the next day delivery

I had the next day delivery, and it was on time. My dad loved it. My sister thought it was a photoshopped video and then her daughter ended up asking for one for her birthday. So much fun.
