Contacted the store in Leytonstone with an enquiry about some Festool products and was handed over to Matt . We had a brief discussion about what I wanted and he did exactly what I requested. Plain and simple, no faff and it was a better experience then trawling the net the price was good enough for me to make the purchase and they just set the stuff aside . Walked in , payed walked out . My type of shopping . Good experience for a satisfied customer
After purchasing a Dewalt plunge saw from Toucan Tools I promptly received my order. I phoned them up with a query regarding the use and setting up of the saw but was informed that the Tech guy I needed to speak to was on his lunch. They told me that they would get him to return my call when he gets back. Sure enough just 10 minutes later I get a phone call back. The Tech guy explained everything I needed to know and assured me that if I had any other queries to just phone back. I never write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received from Toucan Tools that I just wanted to let others know what a pleasure it was dealing with them. I can honestly say I will not hesitate to use this company again. Outstanding service.
