BEWARE OF THIS “BUSINESS”! Tons of errors with our order, terrible communication and customer service. They sent us the wrong product TWICE IN A ROW! Their Customer Service Manager tried to blame us for their error and has twice claimed they sent a partial refund that never arrived. After they stopped replying to us we started leaving negative reviews and that Customer Service Manager suddenly got back in touch THREATENING MY FAMILY WITH A LAWSUIT! Hard to tell where their incompetence ends and their cruelty begins. Would gladly see them in court before ever doing business with them again.
Do not buy from this company. They shipped me the incorrect door two times. The third time, they shipped me a door that was bent, scratched, and covered in glue. After emailing and calling them ceaselessly for weeks, they agreed to a 50% refund and to pick up one of the incorrect doors. Then they completely stopped replying to emails and calls. That was weeks ago. They owe us $2,000.
I ordered a sample. I never received it as I think it was lost with my change of address. I called USA builders and they quickly shipped another sample to me at no charge. I love the high quality product and I will be ordering these panels for my entertainment center .
Awful. Look around, multiple people with a similar situation. They take your money, virtually ghost you, send a broken/damaged/wrong item then fail to give a full refund. It is my stated intention to take them to court in a class action to recoup damages. HAPPY TO SPEAK WITH CO-COMPLAINTANTS.
Transaction was smooth and easy, CS answered all my questions.Delivery came in as a surprise, we never received tracking. For commercial properties, this is a bit challenging if not coordinated effectively.Lastly, 2 boxes arrived, with 5 of the panels being destroyed. I'll likely want to coordinate a different delivery method next time if allowed to do so.According to the driver, he received the items in poor condition so it's difficult for me to determine the root cause whether this was in the warehouse or in transit.
