Company operates very underhandedly, agents like Adam I'm not very knowledgeable and supervisors when informed of certain essential requests like Malissa, are more poised to argue... The lack of attention to detail especially as regards the best interests of the client was overlooked by Adam the agency does not seem to be run very well.. I am, Adam, Malissa, lot's of malingering, in relation to what you would expect for an agency you seem to have a low regard for ethical behavior.
