Two main reasons i am giving Wine Racks…

Two main reasons i am giving Wine Racks America one star... A) the metal arrived scuffed and scratched on several large pieces due them not being individually wrapped up, so in transit the rubbing scuffed many of the pieces. in addition several other pieces arrived with scratches. B) the next reason I am giving them a poor review is the entire wine rack is just painted metal. Zero screw holes, nothing cut to size. We would have to drill roughly 90 screw holes and cut down all the steel posts which is not how they advertise this product. They are simply selling painted steel and you have to build a wine rack out of the material. When we went to return the items they only gave me a 50% refund which does not seem to be good customer service or an ethical way to run a business.

I bought a Cellar Cool CX4400 from them…

I bought a Cellar Cool CX4400 from them after a long conversation with Cameron. I have a valuable collection of about 1000 bottles & he sounded like he knew what he was talking about--he didn't at all. He recommended the wrong cooler--a terribly engineered unit posing as a 'thru the wall' unit. There were multiple issues with the unit and neither he, or Rose the manager, were any help in resolving OR helping me get another cooler--they would not offer a price reduction even though the problem was caused by Cameron's ignorance about cooling units. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

I bought the 18-bottle rack from Wine…

I bought the 18-bottle rack from Wine Racks America. It does the job and looks nice once it’s put together, but the assembly took longer than I expected bcs some of the pieces didn’t line up perfectly. The cherry stain looks good, though it’s a bit different than the photo. Overall, it’s decent for the price, just not super impressed.

Tinker toy look.

My builder ordered a wooden wine rack system from WRA. It was not cheap, but it sure looked like it. Very disappointed. It looks like a tinker toy assembly with cheap, thin wood. A couple of broken trim parts and many surface blemishes that should not have made it past any quality control, but there probably is none. Many parts are stapled together that are completely visible. Also beware the wooden racks only fit standard size bottles. Any fatter bottles will not fit. The installer told me he could build a custom wine rack for cheaper, but far nicer. Do NOT order from WRA. You WILL be dissapointed.

Terrible company who doesn't care about…

Terrible company who doesn't care about customer service. Purchased unit over a month ago based on their shipping time frame. Still don't have unit a month later and they just say sorry we are just the seller for another company. What???!!!!.

Go Directly to the Supplier!

We recently ordered two of the Vino Rail Post Kits (2 Sided, 40 Bottles, 1 Column) in matte black, and I will say that this is a beautiful and well-built product. HOWEVER, what the website fails to mention is that the posts are not pre-drilled, so if you want to mount the 40 vino mounting plates, you will have to drill 80 holes in the 1.5″ x 1.5″ steel post!It also turns out that the product is actually made by another company called Vintage View and sold by WRA. So when I reached out to Vintage View, they told me that they did indeed offer a pre-drilled post option, and they (of course) would be happy to sell me the slightly more expensive version, so I purchased two drilled posts for $875.Here’s where it gets tricky. The posts weigh almost 20 lbs. each, so shipping the non-drilled posts back to VV cost more than $140. After all that, I was told my refund would only be $344, because the solid steel footings had been “damaged” during the return We recently ordered two of the Vino Rail Post Kits (2 Sided, 40 Bottles, 1 Column) in matte black, and I will say that this is a beautiful and well-built product. I would just advise purchasing directly from Vintage View, and cut out the middleman. Nice Wine Cube

The racks I bought came on time and were as advertised. We are happy with them and think they are a nice addition to our den.

Great experience

Easy to order, fast delivery, and great customer service. We had a trim piece come in damaged. The customer service team took care of us right away and sent a new one out as soon as the stain dried,This is our second cellar ordered through Wine Racks America. Highly recommended!
