Review Time
Ordered on April 8, it's now April 27 and I still haven't received my parcel yet. Emailed them and didn't get a reply. Unsatisfactory customer service and shipping time. Totally not recommend to purchase on this website.Update: I have received the parcel after almost a month. I mean, if you can bear with the (very) long shipment time and constant worrying about the status of your parcel after you have done the payment, sure you can shop with them.
Terrible, do not buy from their official store as they took a very long time to send you the parcel. No reply if you Email, Whatsapp, Messenger them, they just seen your message. End up for you to wait blindly and don't even know your product status. This attitude really pisses me off
Spent a lot to qualify for their Express shipping - yet orders are still not despatched after more than 6 days! Non-existent customer service. Doesn't reply to WhatsApp messages nor emails. You can't even submit support tickets through their system - then why have that feature in there in the first place?
